The man is a hitting machine. As a dman prolly a top 10 hitter in the league each season. He should have a CK stat of 80-82. With that he is also a very defensive minded dman. He's like a poorer mans Volchenkov who has 84 D. I think Murrays D deserves an 81+ (see Carcillos DEF). Murray shows he has good positioning out there with positive +/- seasons throughout his career and feel hsi PO could be 80 also. Im also not sure why his PE is so low (60) but he gets less then 50 PIM a season and feel it should get a significant raise to the 75 area.

Other then the obvious COuture > Latendresse and we look at those two seperate haha...

I make the comparison to COuture and grabner because they are both young Couture 22 and grabner 23. they also just played there full rookie season and nominated for the calder. yet....

As shown Grabner has a 12 SH advantage but score twice more then couture. Couture should be a good 75+ then. Couture actually had 6 more assists over grabner but the diff is only 1 PL. I say couture deserves the 72 there. Couture was on a better team and had a better +/- and i see why Grabners is higher but not by 9 again. Couture PO deserves an easy 70-73. No idea why COuture EN is only 63 that should be 68-72 range. All in all Couture is a young superstar in the making. nominated for the calder, he deserves to have some solid ceilings and to grow into a solid 2 way player.
